Origin

Narayangaon stands at 656 metres on the

western margin of the Deccan plateau,

leeward of the Sahyadri. The Meena runs

along its edge. Altitude, shelter, water and

silence, converging in a single terrain.

The Absolute

Reduced pressure lowers the boiling point of the

solvent. Recovery runs at a lower temperature

than conventional extraction, so more of the

volatile fractions remain: methyl anthranilate,

phenylethyl alcohol, the ionones.
